Description
Anasazi is a drought hardy ancient American Indian variety reportedly found by archeologists. Originally saved from a cave in New Mexico where an anticipatory Anasazi Indian had planted the seeds in a ceramic pot, sealed them with a lid, and even sealed them. is a multi-coloured corn growing to 2 metres, producing up to 2 good sized sweet cobs per plant. At eating stage it is a golden coloured corn with speckles of white. The true multicolour happens when it is left to try on the plant for seed. (90 days).
