Description
The evergreen climbing shrub from South Africa is one of the most beautiful and popular ornamental plants in southern gardens. It is the ideal container plant precisely because of its long flowering period and its propensity to bloom. Tecomaria capensis can be grown as a small standard tree, as a climbing plant or as a shrub. When grown from seeds, the growth habit is quite different. Some grow densely bushy and strong, others are a little more sprawling and have more vines. The bright flowers appear from June to the end of November.
