Description
The chili pepper from the Basque country. It is equally typical for the region as the berret is and one cannot imagine French or Spanish cuisine without it. It produces bright, fiery red, pointed, tapered fruits and has a very convincing taste, for it is very intense, however, not too hot. On the pugency scale according to Scoville it scores 1500 to 2500.
