Description
The italian variety Topepo Rosso also called the Christmas pepper or Tomato pepper. In Italy often found pickled in jars with or without spices. Its a pimento type that is used for pickling, stuffing and salads. The Topepo Rosso peppers resemble mini Beefsteak tomatoes that are 5 cm in width. They have a peppery flavor but are very sweet.
