Description

This easy to be cultivated variety produces purple red peppers with a length between 12-15 cm. The taste is fiery hot. Peppers of the red rocket require 60-65 days until they are green and 80-85 days altogether until they are ready for harvest, now fully red. The peppers are perfect for drying and with a pungency level of 7, they taste quite fiery. They are ideally used in stews or for the produciton of chili oil.
