Description
The trumpet tree immediately stands out due to its large, bright green, heart-shaped leaves and its compact shape. The tree becomes 3 to 5 meters high; older specimens sometimes reach up to 10 meters. It grows fast and makes showy bell-shaped flowers in long panicles. These are about 10 to 15 cm long with white marginal flowers and orange spots.
