Description
This fast-growing shrub is very popular due to its attractive leaves, about 75 cm in length, and its splendid lavender-blue flowers. The flower stalks grow to about 1 meter in size and carry dolden often consisting of more than 150 flowers. The African lily is a plant that does not need much attention and since its introduction about 200 years ago is said to be one of the most decorative amongst plants.
