Description

This wonderful, small tree with its large flowers looking almost like real orchids is a real eye-catcher for every tub. In nature, the many flowers are almost 4 months, from early winter until late spring, on the tree. They are red-pink coloured with yellow lips first and turn into a bright pink colour later on. The plant can be cultivated indoors. It should be moved in a bright position then, planted in loose standard soil and sufficiently supplied with fertilizer but few water. The small orchid tree sheds its wonderfully lobed leaves in winter.
