Description
The fan aloe belongs to the tree-like succulents and derives its common name from the arrangement of its leaves, which is also what makes this plant so special. It can grow up to 5 m in height in nature will, however, only reach heights of about 2-2,5 m in cultivation. It does grow very slowly though, but on the other hand cultivation is easy. The grey-green, slim leaves are quite soft and without thornes. They grow between 30-40 cm long. The stem liquifies after some time and the orange-red flowers are especially beautiful. Most of the time there are 30 of them on each flower stalk.
