Description
A popular old European “winter melon” variety. The Canary melon’s given name refers to the melon’s color, not the Canary Islands. Its origins though are considered to be of Persian descent. Also, common in parts of Asia, including Japan and South Korea. The fruits are oval shaped, average 4-6 kg. each, have tough, bright light-yellow skin that is slightly wrinkled with sweet, pale green flesh. 100 days.
