Description
This native of South America plant is also called Brazilian guava or Feijoa. It is one of the top potted plants, as it grows lush and forms beautiful, 3 cm large flowers in huge quantities. In the middle are red stamens that look like little brushes. The petals have a sweetish taste and are so popular with birds that many different species feel attracted. The scent and, of course, the taste of Pineapple Guava fruit is stunning. The delicious fruits are also very suitable for making jams.
