The strong and high-yielding San Marzano tomato is an Italian classic. The plant is very resistant against diseases and produces attractive, oval-shaped, lengthy fruits. These fleshy tomatoes are about 12 cm long, weigh around 90 grams, and they are perfect for direct consumption, for cooking dishes, salads and sauces. The plant can be cultivated indoors and outdoors as well. Harvesting time is relatively late and productive. The tomato impresses with its exceptionally good taste.
