Description
The variety “Early Jalapeno” produces 10 cm long, thick, fleshy and deliciously tasting fruits, which can be stored long after harvest. It is one of the best jalapeno chili varieties. The medium-hotness with a pungency level of 5 is almost suitable for everyone. The peppers can be stuffed, grilled or be processed into salsa. They are also a perfect addition to Spanish tapas and Tex-Mex fingerfoods like e.g. nachos.
