Description

This vigorous and evergreen vine grows a few meters per year, is self-pollinating and produces quite large fruits. They ripen from green to purplish-violet. The shell remains firm even when ripe and the cap can be cut for consumption. The pulp is dark orange – just stir and spoon – a treat!
