Medium Size
A really unusual pumpkin variety that originally comes from the Japanese island of Hokkaido and is particularly eye-catching because of the bluish-gray skin color. The Blue Hokkaido also known as “Blue Kuri” forms flat, round pumpkins. With a diameter of 10-18 cm, these weigh approx. 1.5 kg. The hard but thin peel can be prepared and the flesh is ocher-orange in color.
