Blueberry cherry tomatoes are small fruits, just 30-50 gr in size, with stunning deep purple skin, indicative of their rich anthocyanin content, and reddish-brown flesh. The unripe fruit is amethyst colored, but as the fruit ripens it turns crimson red in areas where it was shaded while the areas exposed to sunlight turn a shade of purple so dark it almost looks black. Their flavor is extremely fruity and sweet, similar to a plum. The open-pollinated, indeterminate Indigo Blue Berries cherry tomato plants are very productive.
