Description

Owing to its name, the fragrant granadilla has very fragrant flowers, looking much like smaller versions of giant granadilla flowers. The quadrangular stemmed vine is a moderately fast grower. Fruits are egg-shaped, yellow to orange in color and can grow to 8–15 cm long.Native to the Amazon region of Brazil. The fragrant granadilla is cultivated in some parts of Brazil and is a highly prized fruit there. It is much appreciated for making drinks.
